THE NAME: A PROMISE OF CARE 

Nonna Francesca is named after Roberta’s mother. To us, she represents the heart of the Italian home—the woman who hand-picks every ingredient, ensuring only the absolute best reaches the table of her children and grandchildren. 

In the world of high-end dining, we have translated this maternal devotion into a professional standard. Francesco (from Puglia) and Roberta (from Sicily) have united the two most powerful culinary identities of Southern Italy. By merging the disciplined purity of Apulian olive oil with the historic richness of Sicilian flavors, we created a "Golden Standard" that serves the most demanding palates in America.

What started in Miami in 2019 as a tribute to our Puglia and Sicily roots, quickly evolved.

  • 2021: We brought our signature service to New York City, establishing a permanent hub for the city’s executive elite.

  • The Summer Season: We follow our clients to The Hamptons, ensuring excellence never takes a vacation.

  • The East Coast Corridor: Today, our teams are deployed across Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and West Palm Beach.

  • The Gulf Coast: We provide exclusive private dining in Naples, Florida, covering the state from coast to coast.
