TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Nonna Francesca LLC – Miami & New York

ARTICLE 1: THE NONNA FRANCESCA EXPERIENCE
Nonna Francesca LLC provides an all-inclusive, high-end private culinary service. Our mission is to transform your residence or yacht into an authentic Italian sanctuary, providing uncompromised "Materia Prima," professional staff, and choreographed culinary performances.


ARTICLE 2: BOOKING AND COMMITMENT
To secure your date on our executive calendar, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event is officially confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit and a signed copy of this agreement.


ARTICLE 3: FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT
To ensure the seamless procurement of premium ingredients and the coordination of our elite staff, the remaining 70% balance is due in full 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event.

Note: For last-minute bookings made within 7 days of the event, 100% of the total amount is due at the time of signing.


ARTICLE 4: GRATUITY (THE ART OF GRATITUDE)
At Nonna Francesca, we do not apply mandatory service charges or automatic fees. We believe in the merit of excellence.

  • Optional Gratuity: Gratuities are entirely at the client’s discretion and are never expected, though always deeply appreciated by the Chef and the service team.

  • Settlement: Should you wish to show your appreciation after the experience, you may do so in cash or via a secure digital link provided at the end of the evening.


ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • 45+ Days Prior to Event: Deposit is refundable, minus a 5% Administrative Fee to cover transaction and planning costs.

  • 3 to 45 Days Prior to Event: The 30% deposit is retained. Any additional balance paid will be refunded (minus the 5% fee).

  • Within 72 Hours of Event: Cancellations made within this window are subject to 100% financial responsibility, as all sourcing and staffing commitments are finalized at this stage.


ARTICLE 6: EXECUTIVE MEAL RESIDENCY

  • Fees for Weekly or Monthly Residencies are billed in advance.

  • Ingredient costs are billed separately and are due within 24 hours of the invoice.

  • A one-time $350 Onboarding Fee covers initial bio-mapping and kitchen logistics.


ARTICLE 7: ALCOHOL & COMPLIANCE
Nonna Francesca LLC does not sell alcohol. We provide a Wine Concierge Service to assist in selection. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the client through our licensed partners. Our staff provides professional service only.


ARTICLE 8: ALLERGIES, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Mandatory Disclosure: Clients are strictly required to disclose all food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions for all guests in writing at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the service.

8.2 Non-Liability for Undisclosed Allergies: Nonna Francesca LLC, its owners, and staff assume zero liability for any allergic reactions, medical emergencies, or adverse health effects resulting from allergies or restrictions that were not explicitly disclosed in writing within the mandatory timeframe.

8.3 Cross-Contamination Warning: While our chefs maintain the highest standards of hygiene and care, our services are performed in private residential kitchens or yacht galleys that are not under our permanent control. Consequently, Nonna Francesca LLC cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment and shall not be held responsible for reactions caused by cross-contamination from existing residues or equipment present in the client’s facility.

8.4 Full Indemnification: By booking our services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nonna Francesca LLC and its personnel from any and all claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from allergic reactions or medical issues, whether resulting from undisclosed allergies or environmental factors within the client's premises.


ARTICLE 9: INSURANCE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

9.1 Comprehensive Coverage: Nonna Francesca LLC operates with the highest professional standards and maintains comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance with an aggregate limit of up to $2,000,000 (Two Million Dollars), covering bodily injury and property damage.

9.2 Workers' Compensation: In full compliance with State laws in New York and Florida, Nonna Francesca LLC maintains statutory Workers' Compensation insurance. This ensures that all personnel on-site are fully covered, protecting the client from any liability related to staff workplace injuries.

9.3 Certificates of Insurance (COI): For large-scale events, corporate venues, or specific residential/yacht requirements, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the client or the venue as an "Additionally Insured" can be provided upon request, subject to a minimum of 7 days' notice.
